Your Profile:
You have a degree in business administration with a focus on human resource management or education in human resources management
You have many years of relevant professional experience in the HR sector, ideally in the logistics industry. A qualification as a mediator or coach is desirable
You are confident in dealing with strategic HR topics
You have very good knowledge of labor and social security law
You have a strong communication skills and a positive manner
You are confident with MS Office programs
Your German and English skills are fluent in communication and negotiation
You have a good knowledge of human nature and intercultural skills
An independent, solution- and result-oriented way of working rounds off your profile
Your Task:
You analyze relevant key figures and implement targeted measures for personnel planning and organizational development
You are the contact person for managers and employees in all HR and labor law matters
You identify relevant fields of action and develop effective solutions
You manage and support change processes within the company (change management)
You optimize HR processes in cooperation with the respective specialist department
