Your Profile:


  • You have a degree in business administration with a focus on human resource management or education in human resources management

  • You have many years of relevant professional experience in the HR sector, ideally in the logistics industry. A qualification as a mediator or coach is desirable

  • You are confident in dealing with strategic HR topics

  • You have very good knowledge of labor and social security law

  • You have a strong communication skills and a positive manner

  • You are confident with MS Office programs

  • Your German and English skills are fluent in communication and negotiation

  • You have a good knowledge of human nature and intercultural skills

  • An independent, solution- and result-oriented way of working rounds off your profile

Your Task:


  • You analyze relevant key figures and implement targeted measures for personnel planning and organizational development

  • You are the contact person for managers and employees in all HR and labor law matters

  • You identify relevant fields of action and develop effective solutions

  • You manage and support change processes within the company (change management)

  • You optimize HR processes in cooperation with the respective specialist department

  • As a partner to management, you design guidelines and other strategies to achieve the company’s goals
