Your Profile:
Experience in FCL export is advantageous
A high degree of initiative, reliability and diligence characterize you
Team spirit. It is important to you to share knowledge to your colleagues
You have an inquisitive nature and enjoy new challenges
The handling of the MS-Office package, especially Outlook and Excel, is no problem for you. Ideally, you have experience with logistics software programs such as Cargosoft or Cargowise
You have a good command of written and spoken English and German, which enables you to deal confidently with colleagues and customers.
Your Task:
You take over the operational documentary processing of shipments in the FCL export area on your own responsibility (issuing of MBL&HBL and loading document’s for shipping)
You are the direct operational contact for our domestic and foreign business partners such as customers, suppliers and agents for the documents preparation
You create and monitor the customs declaration in compliance with the legal requirements
After completion of the documentation, you close the project with the final outgoing invoice
