For this renewables project, we managed the transport of wind turbine components from China to Rotterdam.
The cargo had a total volume of 3,818 FRT and required careful coordination across several transport modes and operational interfaces. Our scope included technical preparation, sea fastening, pre-carriage, intermediate storage, road transport, sea freight, part-charter shipping, transshipment, port handling and barge transport.
With a strong control tower setup and close coordination between all involved parties, we ensured a smooth and reliable transport process for this renewable energy shipment.
