LNG TANKS

For this marine engineering project, two large-scale LNG fuel tank sets were delivered to Philadelphia Shipyard in the USA. Each unit required careful heavy-lift planning due to its exceptional dimensions and single weight of 305 tons. The operational scope started directly at the shipyard dock, where the tanks were picked up by barge and transferred to Taicang Port for export handling. A key success factor was the early preparation: customs declaration was completed one week in advance, and the barge stowage plan was finalized before execution. This allowed the team to ensure a smooth transport flow and precise coordination throughout the heavy-lift operation.
