For this steel industry project, we coordinated the transport of a 300-ton converter and a 155-ton vessel from Avilés, Spain to Detroit, USA.
The cargo required a tailor-made logistics concept, combining engineering, transport planning and international coordination. Due to the weight and dimensions of the units, the project demanded careful preparation, technical inspection, method statement development and sea fastening execution.
Our scope included pre-carriage, part-charter shipping and full operational coordination from origin to destination.
With precise planning and strong communication between all involved parties, we ensured the successful delivery of this heavy industrial cargo to the United States.
