Your Profile:
Ideally, you have completed vocational training as a hotel specialist or have several years of experience in the reception and service area
You enjoy communicating with our employees and business partners
You have a high degree of flexibility, reliability and the ability to work in a team
You work independently and very carefully
Confident handling of the MS-Office package is no problem for you
Your Task:
You look after our central visitor reception and, as the first point of contact, help to ensure that our visitors feel comfortable
You manage our meeting rooms and organize the preparation and follow-up of meetings
You are responsible for managing supplies including ordering (office supplies, drinks, etc.)
You support the departments in administrative matters
You will be responsible for general office organization and appointment management
