Your Profile:


  • Ideally, you have completed vocational training as a hotel specialist or have several years of experience in the reception and service area

  • You enjoy communicating with our employees and business partners

  • You have a high degree of flexibility, reliability and the ability to work in a team

  • You work independently and very carefully

  • Confident handling of the MS-Office package is no problem for you

Your Task:


  • You look after our central visitor reception and, as the first point of contact, help to ensure that our visitors feel comfortable

  • You manage our meeting rooms and organize the preparation and follow-up of meetings

  • You are responsible for managing supplies including ordering (office supplies, drinks, etc.)

  • You support the departments in administrative matters

  • You will be responsible for general office organization and appointment management
