Your Profile:
Completed vocational training as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk or similar qualification
Experience in import is an advantage
A high level of initiative, reliability, and diligence characterizes you
You are a team player with strong organizational and communication skills
You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel; ideally, you also have experience with Cargowise
You have good English skills, both spoken and written
You are curious and enjoy new challenges
Your Task:
You coordinate the operational handling and scheduling of import and export containers
Daily communication and coordination with service providers and partner companies
You are responsible for document control in the context of customs clearance as well as coordination with European plant protection authorities
You monitor processes using various operational systems
You review incoming invoices and prepare outgoing invoices
You handle complaints and find appropriate solutions
