Your Profile:
You are characterized by a high degree of initiative, reliability and diligence
You are a team player with strong organizational and communication skills
You have no problems using the MS Office package, in particular Outlook and Excel. Ideally, you have experience with Cargowise
You have a good command of written and spoken English and German
Experience in export is advantageous
You have an inquisitive nature and enjoy new challenges
Your Task:
You are responsible for the operational documentary processing of shipments in the FCL export area
You are the direct operational contact for our domestic and foreign business partners
You create and monitor customs declarations in compliance with legal requirements
You handle the dispatch of documents and take care of necessary documents such as certificates of origin
You inform our customers about insurance-related topics
After completing the documentation, you conclude the project with the final outgoing invoice
