Your Profile:


  • You are a team player with strong organizational and communication skills

  • You take responsibility for the independent organization of the back office

  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills

  • Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is an advantage

  • You are proficient in the MS Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel

  • You are confident to learn the “MARAD” software

  • You communicate openly and confidently with colleagues and suppliers

Your Task:


  • Purchasing of spare parts and technical supplies using the “MARAD” soft-ware

  • Procurement of standard equipment and consumables

  • Monitoring of ongoing orders up to final delivery on board

  • Coordination and verification of orders and deliveries in communication with the vessel’s crew

  • Preliminary review of incoming invoices in coordination with the superinten-dent

  • Verification of supplier company data and forwarding to the accounting de-partment

  • Organization of shipments for spare parts and documents within Germany and across Europe

  • Taking meeting minutes and supporting office visits
