Your Profile:
You are a team player with strong organizational and communication skills
You take responsibility for the independent organization of the back office
You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is an advantage
You are proficient in the MS Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel
You are confident to learn the “MARAD” software
You communicate openly and confidently with colleagues and suppliers
Your Task:
Purchasing of spare parts and technical supplies using the “MARAD” soft-ware
Procurement of standard equipment and consumables
Monitoring of ongoing orders up to final delivery on board
Coordination and verification of orders and deliveries in communication with the vessel’s crew
Preliminary review of incoming invoices in coordination with the superinten-dent
Verification of supplier company data and forwarding to the accounting de-partment
Organization of shipments for spare parts and documents within Germany and across Europe
Taking meeting minutes and supporting office visits
