Processing during the quotation phase
If we communicate with you for pre-contractual purposes, such as sending a quotation, we process your data for the purpose of handling your enquiry.
In this case, we process the following data from you:
First name, surname, telephone number, email address.
Your company’s data is not personal data.
The legal basis for this processing is set out in Articles 6(1)(b) and 5 of the GDPR in conjunction with Sections 611 (service contract) and 311(2) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Processing following the conclusion of a contract
If you enter into a service contract with us, we will process your data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.
In this case, we process the following data from you:
First name, surname, telephone number, email address.
Your company’s data is not personal data.
The legal basis for this processing is set out in Articles 6(1)(b) and 5 of the GDPR in conjunction with Sections 611 (service contract) and 311(2) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Duration of storage
If you are not yet a customer of ours and do not place an order, we will store your data until you definitively decline, plus the retention period for commercial correspondence of 6 years, in accordance with Section 257(1)(2) and (4) of the German Commercial Code (HGB).
Your data will be stored for the duration of the contract or until the contract has been fully performed, plus the statutory retention period. The retention period is 6 years, in accordance with Section 257(1)(2) and (4) of the German Commercial Code (HGB).
Disclosure of data
In order to carry out your transport, we will pass on your data to the logistics partner commissioned to handle your order. The purpose of this is to ensure correct delivery to the destination and to enable us to contact you, if necessary, regarding any issues relating to the delivery.
Our logistics partners are data processors within the meaning of Article 4(8) in conjunction with Article 28 of the GDPR. We have entered into data processing agreements with each of our partners.
Your rights as a data subject (Chapter 3 of the GDPR)
As a data subject within the meaning of Article 4(1) of the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access to the data we hold about you, Article 15 of the GDPR.
- Right to rectification of any inaccurate data we hold about you, Article 16 of the GDPR.
- Right to erasure of the data stored by us, Article 17 of the GDPR. Please note that the right to restriction of processing under Article 18 of the GDPR may take precedence over your right to erasure if other legal requirements, e.g. a retention obligation, prevent us from erasing your data.
- Right to data portability, Article 20 of the GDPR, but only if the processing is based on consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, on Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR, or on a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b). Please note that this right does not generally apply in the case of video surveillance such as ours.

Verarbeitung in der Angebotsphase
Wenn wir mit Ihnen zu vorvertraglichen Zwecken kommunizieren, wie z. B. eine Angebotszusendung, dann verarbeiten wir Ihre Daten zum Zwecke der Bearbeitung Ihres Anliegens.
In diesem Fall verarbeiten wir von Ihnen folgende Daten:

Die Daten Ihres Unternehmens sind nicht personenbezogen.
Die Rechtsgrundlage für diese Verarbeitung ergibt sich aus Artt. 6 I lit. b), 5 DSGVO i. V. m. §§ 611 (Dienstvertrag), 311 II BGB.
Verarbeitung nach Vertragsschluss
Wenn Sie mit uns einen Dienstvertrag schließen, dann verarbeiten wir Ihre Daten zum Zwecke der Vertragserfüllung.
In diesem Fall verarbeiten wir von Ihnen folgende Daten:
Vorname, Nachname, Telefon, E-Mail-Adresse.
Die Daten Ihres Unternehmens sind nicht personenbezogen.
Die Rechtsgrundlage für diese Verarbeitung ergibt sich aus Art. 6 I lit. b), 5 DSGVO i. V. m. §§ 611 (Dienstvertrag) BGB.
Dauer der Speicherung
Wenn Sie noch nicht Kunde bei uns sind und Sie den Auftrag nicht erteilen, dann speichern wir Ihre Daten bis zu Ihrer endgültigen Absage zzgl. der Aufbewahrungsdauer für Handelsbriefe von 6 Jahren, gem. § 257 I Nr. 2, IV HGB.
Ihre Daten werden für die Laufzeit des gemeinsamen Vertrages bzw. bis zur endgültigen Vertragserfüllung bei uns zzgl. der gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungsdauer gespeichert. Die Aufbewahrungsdauer beträgt 6 Jahre, gem. § 257 I Nr. 2, IV HGB.
Weitergabe von Daten
Zur Durchführung Ihres Transportes geben wir Ihre Daten an den für Ihren Auftrag beauftragten Logistikpartner weiter. Der Zweck ergibt sich aus der korrekten Anlieferung am Zielort und einer möglichen zusätzlich erforderlich werdenden Absprache mit Ihnen für Fragen, die Anlieferung betreffend.
Unsere Logistikpartner sind Auftragsverarbeiter i. S. v. Art. 4 Nr. 8 i. V. m. Art. 28 DSGVO. Wir haben mit unseren Partnern jeweils Auftragsverarbeitungsverträge geschlossen.
Ihre Rechte als betroffene Person (Kapitel 3 DSGVO)
Als durch die Speicherung betroffene Person, i. S. d. Art. 4 Nr. 1 DSGVO haben Sie folgende Rechte:
- Recht auf Auskunft über die bei uns über Sie gespeicherten Daten, Art. 15 DSGVO.
- Recht auf Berichtigung der bei uns über Sie evtl. fehlerhaft gespeicherten Daten, Art. 16 DSGVO.
- Recht auf Löschung der bei uns gespeicherten Daten aus Art. 17 DSGVO. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Recht auf Einschränkung der Verarbeitung aus Art. 18 DSGVO an die Stelle Ihres Rechtes auf Löschung treten kann, wenn andere gesetzliche Auflagen, z. B. eine Aufbewahrungspflicht, uns an der Löschung Ihrer Daten hindern.
- Recht auf Datenübertragbarkeit, Art. 20 DSGVO, allerdings nur, wenn die Verarbeitung auf Basis einer Einwilligung gem. Art. 6 I lit. a) DSGVO, auf Art. 9 II lit. a) DSGVO oder auf einem Vertrag gem. Art. 6 I lit. b) beruht. Bitte beachten Sie, dass dieses Recht bei einer Videoüberwachung wie der unsrigen regelmäßig nicht besteht.
Eine Anfrage zur Geltendmachung eines oder mehrerer der genannten Rechte richten Sie bitte an den o. g. Verantwortlichen oder an unsere Datenschutzbeauftragte.
Beschwerden
Für Fragen kontaktieren Sie uns bitte gerne jederzeit auf die angegebene Art. Darüber hinaus haben Sie ein Beschwerderecht bei der zuständigen Aufsichtsbehörde, dieses ergibt sich aus Art. 33 DSGVO. Für das Bundesland Bremen ist die zuständige Behörde wie folgt zu erreichen:
